Ligny le Chatel is situated in the heart of the wine growing area of Burgundy. It is 9kms from the world famous vineyards of Chablis where you can enjoy wine tasting in the numerous wine cellars.

Ligny is within easy access of the A6 autoroute from Paris (1.30 hrs) and A26 autoroute from Calais (4.30 hrs).

As well as the wonderful wine tasting offered in this region, there are also great sightseeing and cultural visits at Auxerre, Noyer (medieval village), Vezelay and its celebrated basilica.
